The 848 Transparency Law and Access to Public Information seeks to be an effective and modern in terms of accountability accountability to society. The financial information and administrative guidelines will be offered under the Sefiplan and the Comptroller General, while the 
State Executive Branch agencies will seek compliance with this agreement at its member institutions sector.
